Pistachio-Lemon Bars

If you're following me on any of the social media platforms, you'll remember I posted about seeing this rather delicious looking recipe from the NewYork Times on their facebook page and decided to give it a try as my Easter Dessert/Snack. As I've never tried it before, I had no idea how they'll turn out or how they're meant to taste so I did what I do best: Cross my fingers and hope for the best results. Haha. It turned out Great and I must say, I look forward to making more for some friends and Family members who i'm sure will absolutely adore.

Heres's the Recipe as stated on their website. I simply followed it and make my own.

Below are the result of my attempt at making these amazingly tasty bars. And as stated in the New York Times, These absolutely have everything you could ever wish for in any bar. "Tang, Sweetness and a buttery base - plus the added benefit of pistachio folded into the filling and the crust." DELICIOUS!!

Make sure you follow the intructions if trying a recipe for the first time.

Always have some sort of messuring tactic for cooking or baking.

Add and remove anything you don't like in a recipe and use an alternative you prefer.
