Traditional local cookies. Also called "RAVIOLE DI SAN GIUSEPPE"
According to the original recipe, the filling has to be prepared with mustard and plum jam.

Ingredients:
200 g of flour,

100 g of sugar,
1 egg, jam,
salt
Preparation:
These Delicious cookies are also called “Raviole di San Giuseppe” because they used to be cooked to celebrate Saint Joseph’s day. Knead flour, sugar, egg, butter and a pinch of salt. Roll out a 4mm-thick pastry then prepare circular pieces and fill them with jam. Rolled into half a moon shape with Jam in the middle. Use a fork or your finger to seal ends shut. Brush with milk if you choose.(Optional)
Bake them (180°) until golden. Serve them with powdered sugar. Enjoy!! xoxo
